It's World's Fair!
The PFO is excited to be organizing the World's Fair 2025 at the High School campus on Saturday, March 29! We celebrate the diverse cultures and fabulous cuisines of the HKIS community with our friends and loved ones. Get ready for a day filled with fun for the entire family! Come enjoy our global cuisines offered by our very own HKIS families, in addition to Faculty culinary showdown, fun games, used book sales, student performances, discounted shopping & many more!

Guest Pre-Registration
PFO World's Fair is opened to ALL in the community! HKIS families are welcome to bring your friends to attend the World's Fair! We expect a crowd, so we recommend GUESTS of HKIS families to pre-register with our Security team to speed up entry to our High School campus.
*Parents and students with HKIS ID do not need to pre-register. Simply present your HKIS ID on the day!*

Be a Volunteer
Are you interested in joining the planning committee for the World's Fair? Parents and faculty are welcome to join. Roles are available in logistics, ticketing, decoration, entertainment, games, shopping, used book sale, and family foods. Sign up here so we can get in touch with you or email pfo.events@hkis.edu.hk for more information.

Donut Eating Contest
The Donut Eating Contest is back by popular demand! Prizes for the fastest contestants. Sign-up starts at 11am at the World's Fair on March 29 by the Entertainment stage of the HS Plaza. Contest begins at 1:30pm. See you then!

Time: Kick off from 12 PM
Cheer on your favorite Divisional Faculty Culinary Teams at the annual Culinary Showdown! In less than 1 hour, teams must put together their best picnic basket staples AND decorate cupcakes to our theme of "Gather & Graze." The first place and runner up awards will be decided on by our expert panel of judges.

Vendors are encouraged to apply for purchasing a space at the shopping experience, located at the outdoor High School campus plaza. Spaces are limited and subject to approval (student entrepreneurs will enjoy a special offer). Please email pfo.shoppingvillage@hkis.edu.hk for further information, or apply below to learn more.

Toy Donations for Game Prizes
The World’s Fair Games Committee is looking for toy donations to use as prizes for the games. If you have any new & unopened toys to donate, WE WANT THEM! We will be accepting donations until the end of March! Thank you!

Pre-Registration
Pre-Registration is now closed for non-HKIS ID holders. Everyone who have pre-registered will receive email notifications with entry codes to pass security.
HKIS Families and Friends are welcome to attend the HKIS World's Fair. If you have missed the pre-registration window, please simply bring along your identification (eg. HKID) to register with our Security team to enter our High School campus.
*Parents and students with HKIS IDs just present your HKIS IDs to enter High School.*
